Turns out a company building a new building on the campus dug through three main power lines and took out the whole Eastern part of the city. Turns out the company doing it was called BAM.

How such a thing can even happen in your city? It is orderly as fuck. Even here it happens relatively rarely, despite city design is total bullshit :P

Perhaps you should import Germans to do shit properly :cone:

BAM has been fucking things up incredibly for almost a year now. A few weeks ago they caused the fire alarm to trip six times in five days. The fire brigade were NOT pleased - apart from everyone in the building who had to keep evacuating, of course.
