What is the software you used on the animations you've got on the sig and avvy?

Looks ok, but need some improvement.

nice sig centric... maybe you change the white background with a yellow white... like old recycling paper... i think this would be nice

Needs an extensive amount of improvement. It is just part of an INI file with an apparent blur effect and text slapped over it.
