srsly where do you guys get some of these pics?

I get a lot of them from concept art forums.

Can I suggest NOT hotlinking to 4chan. Most pics/links disappear from there in about 2 minutes.

I never find anything but crap at DeviantART. The few good things I find are always from a link I see at a forum.
