This idea might be out there but what about one on Syndicate, the old school cyberpunk franchise created by Bullfrog.
You could make it in the view of a civilian, police officer or security guard and have them slaughtered by syndicate agents. This will show the true terror of being on the other end of the agents firearms, since you played as agents in the games which was really fun.
