Organized list above. Price range is £600 max.

If someone who has more knowledge of computers than me could have a quick look just to make sure I haven't made any silly errors.

Yeah!

No silly errors, however personally I'd recommend the AMD R7 260X or the GTX 650 Ti Boost as a GPU instead of the GTX 650, it's really worth the 20-30 additional dollars.

Also, I'm not sure the CPU cooler is necessary here, I have an overclocked i5-3570k and I'm using the stock cooler for it, still getting an idle temp of 30°.

Alright, I'll drop the CPU cooler and get a GTX 650 Ti Boost instead.

Thanks :D

BTW, If the Boost is too expensive (I think it goes over your budget, since the 2GB edition on that website of yours costs £134), you could still go for a regular GTX 650 Ti.
Can't help you with the manufacturers for these cards however, since I do not have any experience with nVidia cards aside from 3 stock ones that all failed :P

Well, when it comes to manufacturers, it generally depends on what's offered where you are. What manufacturers' offerings are available to you (and within your budget)?
