You should do but that is lovely never-the-less. Real atmosphere in this drawing. Was there a reason you left out any detail in way of stars etc?

hm, not really
I just looked at some earth photographs for reference and noticed that there are no stars visable, however idk why.
another reason was that it's more of a speed painting, took about 1h to paint.

I can't quite place the exact words in my mouth (or rather send them towards my fingertips), to explain how your latest work makes me feel. The first thing that comes to mind is a 1970's to 1980's Sci-Fi film, like 2001: A Space Odyssey, or some other B film. It also has this odd anime feel to it, like, again, a Sci-Fi from the same era. I'd say you captured the curvature of the planet quite well, as the ozone dissipates into space and the station just seems to hang in one place, tethered to the back ground by nothing more than gravity.
