Hello again,
This day's I created a new unit, the Russian Advanced Artillery system Smerch.
Now I'm working on codding the unit weapons one of it wich caused to me alot of troubles is it supper weapon "Smerch Storm" avalible only if you purchase general point for it.
In few days after creating the weapons of the unit and the new fx effects I'll show you what it will be :P

I successed with it super weapon and it work now property. What is it all about in few words. If you have reached rank 3 you can chose Science Smerch Storm. This super weapon can be deployed only from a smerch unit. Independently how much smerch units you have only one (random or selected personaly by you) will fire this supper weapon. And that is my concept real unit fire super weapon using it like primary weapon( using turret turn rate and turretel pitch) not just pushing shortcut and the weapon appear :P
You will see it after few days.
About models and skins:
I know that not everything can be perfect but I'm getting better and better really fast( in my opinion) but the final models will be shown only in the beta :P

The superweapon idea sounds interesting, have you got ideas for all of the teams? From the information you've given it sounds like the Smersh will fire a long range missile barrage in addation to its normal ability? Or will that be it's only function?

The skin reminds me comix books - maybe it's because of generals cartoon-styled details.
Work more on making the surface if you want to make realistic skins. Every skinner has it's own method of making surface, so there's no common tip that you could use, but try to look at skins of already-superb mod like CWC and RWM. Compare their skins with your own and try to make the same looks as they make.

Nobody is born as professional, but I'm sure that you'll reach it, good luck :P

Thank for the advice. I'll keep learning and I know that I'll make really good models.
About Weapons:
Super Weapon Smerch Storm will be additional weapon but I still didn't decide what kind of range to have( All map or just range at the normal weapon this is a ballance work :P )

Thanks alot to all of you. This days I worked more on ini codding.
I Made test of the Idea of the S-400 upgrade, and it weapon system. I made 3 weapons. 1 long range missiles, 2 medium range missile and 3 low range missile. They work almost fine :P I made and some missile launch animation. Just to look like real S-System missile launch.
Now I'm working on Topol -M remaking the model and new skin.
Next update will be with SS-27 Topol M and if I'm ready I'll show you screens of the new SS-27 nuke weapon.
