Where would I find a free host to test out my website building skills, . Preferably pre-made so I can just change a few stuff. And probably a forum one too for a game.

Get xampp. Make your PC a network server

But you can't put a site online on your pc, you need webspace then

if your just gonna be doing basic html / javascript (if you haven't done anyweb stuff in the past, i would recommended starting here), then you don't need squat. Just open notepad, type some stuff, save as html and open in your browser.

If you are gonna want to be using some server-side technology (e.g. php) i would set up a local server (I recommend apache)

I have already fiddled around with the basic notepad. So I might get some free space later on.

Try Ripway, you get 30MB and PHP support, just no MySQL.
