If too OP for a unit, it could be a general power. You could also put in AS-16 or KH-55 missiles instead of the AS-4 if u want, but i think the AS-4 is the coolest.

I think it would be awesome to add the backfire as a special bomber for Russia. It would be armed with one AS-4 Kitchen cruise missile (yes i know its anti ship but lets make it land attack here)with a very long range and a HUGE warhead (1000 KG), but the missie would be very slow right when launched (can be shot down), before speeding up and slamming into the target. very expensive (3000) THink of the firefox with upgrade is what i think the launch animation should kinda be like. The plane itself would be pretty fast, but very weak. it would have a gun turret in its tail which would shoot at passing aircraft for a bit of damage, but only from behind.
