Are any voiceactors needed? I have some experience with that, as well as sounds (as of now, I've got about 2 GB worth of sound effects [mostly military] on my harddrive.

I'm extremely active on hamachi all the time however i don't like to play by myself.
I can also code (on a average scale) so i can fix some bugs my self that i point out and hand the INIs to you

Just making sure that you're not ditching all the previous stuff you've made.
If you're really in trouble, concept art and really basic mapping is all I can do. Mostly, I'd just like to see the mod succeed.
