Don't worry about making the turret to complex Drag. If you look at most of the models on the forum you can see that they are actually really really angular. And it is a touch wide. Proportions are very important in modelling so try and get as many reference sources before you start a model as you can.

I wouldn't have worried about the treads coming out of the back of the chasis though.
