@JB Im sure it works the same way as any LAN game option does, if all else fails we could just use one of the many empty servers :read:

I play it, haven't in a while due to time constraints and the fact that it's much better with a competent, well-connected team. I applied to the Fallout Studios Clan but I haven't been accepted yet, apparently.

I sent you a invite to join. Twice actually. Not sure why they're not going through.

Hey, I have WIC too... but the problem is, I lost my CD-key somewhere long time ago, and I can't go online. Any suggestions or advices? (FYI, I DID bought this game, unlike 90% of my games collection)

Remember to use your numpad to quickly manipulate the reinforcement menu (even if you can't be bothered memorising the hotkeys for each unit like me, numpad enter is a quick way of making sure you don't waste time going for the drop button). You can also skip the annoying camera fly-in at the start of the match by hitting spacebar.

Tank busters take maybe..8? seconds to call in. Keep your tanks on the move, most human players only call in tank busters if you become predictable or standing still. Calling in reinforcements should take no more than 10 seconds, click your tanks to go somewhere, call them in. Go back to commanding.

Tank Busters take 12, which is reasonably fast, but by no means unavoidable. The other way to lessen your vulnerability to them is to keep your units in box formation rather than line; 4 Heavy Tanks strung out in a row is just too juicy a target to miss, but in a box they're far more difficult to attack effectively with TA (the next best option, the Airstrike, takes far longer - 20 seconds - to arrive, and will generally be avoided in the open, and all other TAs that are decent against Heavies cost much more).

Just keep em spread out, anything tight together will end up getting mauled by TA. There are loads of guides on playing all roles on the massgate forums, www.wictracker.com www.and wicbase.com

A box formation on the move is far harder to counter than a line formation on the move, though.
