I agree with JB on the drugs completely sounds pretty fishy, and some promising individual could have an allergic reaction to it, therefore disqualifying him from the program. The problem with this technology is the same we have run into with lasers, exoskeletons, vehicles, etc. We don't have an efficient enough power source to power it.
