A bit like name that game, this is where you post a puzzle/riddle/brain-teaser if you get the previous one right.
Lets start with a moderatly easy one eh?
Polly Perkins was after a talking parrot, so she went to the local pet shop in the hope of securing such a find. She was in luck. The shop assistant assured her that the parrot would learn and repeat any word or phrase it heard. Polly was delighted. However, a week later, the parrot still hadn't spoken a word. Polly returned to the shop to complain, however, it appeared that the assistant was accurate in what he had said, and refused a refund. Why didn't the parrot talk?

Alrighty then
You're at the first floor of a house, you have 3 interrupters in front of you, and there's a light bulb at the second floor which is controlled by one of the 3 interrupters.
You must find out which interrupter is the good one, you have the right to take the stairs only once for that (and you can't call a neighbor to ask him if the light's on )

You wait untill it is dark outside, then you put all the lights out, then you try each of the interrupters in order, while looking up at the 2nd floor after each click

Oftopic: Why would someone have a interrupter for a lightbulb on the 2nd floor on the first floor?
Ontopic: You call an electrician and let him tell you
Or none of the interrupters go to said lightbulb
