We've re-enabled registrations to allow new members back to FS. Admin validation is still required.

We are hoping the former, but we have the later available if needed. I don't like unnecessary, unofficial addons if it can be helped.

Open_Sketchbook is unable to register, says the pages tells him "The Administration is not accepting new registries at this time".
