Yeah SB, I know it's based off the AK, but you could still apply for a patent for your gun. It looks really sweet, and your latest variant is really cool. I like the Steyr style clip location. Awesome job.

Wouldn't really do much since he only made the outside and not the internal workings, which takes a while.

Good job though, looks pretty cool

I've intended on making the internal workins of the things for a while... but... I need to find out how a gun works first :D

AS soon as I hand in this bitch of an assignment, I'll get to work on schematics.

The mag needs to be a bit longer IMO. Apart from that, I give you an AT rocket as a token.

Well, this is probably as close as you will ever see this thing to being skinned.

Cheers.

Hm.. You lack an ejection port cover in your schematics.

Yeah, that's one thing I'm not sure how to work is the ejection ;)

Despite the fact that it lacks an ejection port, the gun does look really good, and in its "skinned" form, it looks even better. So this is what the child of an M-16 and AK-47 would look like? ;)

It has an ejection port on the right side. I just didn't deepen it due to the fact that it would'nt have a use yet, because I don't know how its internals work, the actual ejection that is.

Hmmm, the original design looked like a Galil, this now looks like a G-36/M-16- cool.

Woah................that's looking really good. Shiney  The stock and body of the gun look a little more refined and it seems you made the barrel longer. I like it a lot :ugly: .

You also need a safety device built in. You can make a simple AK style one which stops the bolt from moving.

Also, rear ring sights are hardly ideal on an assault rifle, and the stock needs to be made a bit thicker and stronger, and you're missing a magazine spring for... well the magazine. Finally, the magazine is exposed, which is hardly ideal as it invites potential obstacles to the gun operation inside.
