Back in 2003 (wow ) i was searching google for free models and stuff and i stumbled across E-studios website (and other modding sites) i lurked for months or so before the overhau,l after the overhaul i registered to the dormant forums and after registering i forgot E-studios exist XD but after ShW's release or something and the place is getting crowded i decided to come back!

I was still on my honeymoon period of the game and was downloading mods like crazy. It didn't take long for me to run into Shockwave and fall in love with it. Sadly I didn't come to the forums for a while because I'm mostly a shy guy. :3

Sort of the same as Overdose. I really liked Shockwave when I first got it, and have never switched mods except for a brief moment when I tried out the CWC demo.

Actually, I am.
But the whole of the story is, I bought ZH, heard about modtoaster while Dling new maps, DLed Contra, found out about Isotx's links to other sites, tried out all the old modtoaster mods that worked, and saw Shockwave.
Tried it out, thought it was more balanced and fun. Made a suggestion. Stayed.

I joined for the most part to get away from the forums I used to go. The mods there have a metal pipe stuck up their ass and ban you for putting more then 5 smilies in a post >: . Here they have a fucking mod called "Prophet of the Pimps". So I know that these forums arn't a bunch of Ban-hammer/lock nazis that dont have a life. Estudios for the win :estudown: .

reasons have already been stated but i'll say state them again. When i get a new game i go map/mod crazy 
and DL a bunch and try em. I think i tried CnC Europe, then tried contra(fucking hated that shit) :chainer: , MEC and maybe one or 2 more, then i DLed shockwave .91 played and nvr left. I didn't really use the forums at first tho. but i've been here a while, and glad i am with some nice, cool ppl with (IMHO) the best mod for ZH.

Well, I join this forum mainly because of Shockwave. Honestly, I played almost every mod that exist for Zero Hour and for me Shockwave is the best.
I'm French, so I presume you expect me to talk about Croissant & Cheese...

- M26 Pershing buff (CoH)
- My good old Tiger Ace (CoH)
- Fallschrimjaegers having Stormtrooper K98s by default (CoH)
- Toning down of Ashigaru Musketeers (they're f***ing ridiculous) (AoE 3)
- Boosting of Portuguese in some way (AoE 3)
- Not much in RL lol
