Give the tank more of a dome for its turret, and I think you've got yourself a deal. Maybe also make it a wheeled vehicle instead of tank treads.

Why not give it an observatory-style turret, and give it the ability to call in a small meteor shower. I'm thinking USA laser or airforce.

A meteor shower sounds like a cool idea. Maybe it could be for Granger, but Townes could use this too. However, Townes is also (most likely) getting the Magnifying Glass tank, so maybe Granger could use this.

IMO i think this would look beter for GLA, as a replacemnt for the radar van

USA --> satalite scan
China--> satalite hack 1 and 2
GLA--> tank with giant telescope strapped to it

I slightly agree, although this could still be given to the USA even if it doesn't reveal a part of the map. Townes or Granger could use the Telescope tank to call in a meteor shower. IMHO, the telescope tank is a bit too high tech for the GLA (though they could have the small telescopes).
