I can see a few possibilities for that pic.
1). A Vice City variant for Generals.
2). A Crusader's barrel peaking out from behind the third building on the right
AND
3). A Rocket Buggy accelerating toward the sunset, down the street.

It looks great, but I ZEE SP3LLING ERR0RZ!!
Instead of "Each pack with...", it should be "Each packed with..." Another one is "and ready to Kick bombed your butt back to the Stone Age", which should read "and ready to bomb your butt back to the Stone Age".
"Infantries complaining" should be "Infantry complains"
"...His buddies will Automatically defend his buddy" should be "his buddies will automatically defend him".
Sorry, but I notice spelling errors, and to me, they sort of detract from the overall piece. The artwork is great though, and looks official .
