4 GB DDR2 800 RAM
320 GB 5400 rpm HD.

Price? That should be 600-1000 euros I'm guessing?

650 for the complete package, however it's a rushed deal because I needed something for University. Dell used to have a lot of discounts over the past couple of months which would have allowed me to get a better setup for the money, only problem was I did not have the money yet by then :(

Slight update to the system, resulting in CPU bottleneck in some games. Ah well, GTX470 at £100 is not something I can miss anyway.

Processor:
Intel Core2Duo 6300 @ 3.26GHz
CPU Cooler
TRUE with Noctua NF-P12
Memory:
OCZ DDR2 PC2-8500 Reaper HPC Edition (4x1GB)
Hard Drive:
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB
Video Card:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX470
Monitor:
BenQ FP92W (DVI)
Sound Card:
ASUS Xonar Essence ST with HA5000
Speakers/Headphones:
Audio Technica ATH-AD1000PRM
Keyboard:
Microsoft/Razer Reclusa
Mouse:
Razer Deathadder
Mouse Surface:
Rocacat Sota
Operating System:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS4
Computer Case:
Fractal Design, Define R3 with 2 x Noctua NF-P12 (intake), 1 x Noctua NF-S12B (exhaust)
PSU
Antec Signature 650W PSU

@ Amdrial, looking good there, but cheaping out on ram is a good way to get crappy overclock result.

Consider that there was a 64 bit release of XP in 2005 and you see how far behind it is to be on 32 bit. Especially since Linux and Apple were faster into the 64 bit market.

I stayed away from it because it had compatibility problems back then. Also, I still use some older programs/games, from which I'm not sure if they will run on 64bit OS.

Should be powerful enough to last for quite a while. The positive air pressure help keeps the dust on the dust filter and on it only.
