most of mine are already listed but

http://www.gotwoot.net

has a bunch of fansubbing groups with nearly everything:
http://a.scarywater.net/

also this isn't a torrent site but it has free direct downloads if you register (free), but for a free account you only get 2 downloads at a time with a connection that will max out around 50kbps

Just go here: http://anidb.net/per...db.pl?show=main and search your anime which you wanna watch, it lists groups, which languages they sub, subtitles, other relations to that anime and other good infos. It also has direct links to groups websites so you don't have to search at random.

Use it to get BitTorrent or any other torrent program, and use that to download what you want with the torrents...

Link to Google much?

It's a trade off between BitComet and Utorrent for me, because BitComet has outrageously fast speeds but Utorrent allows you to add multiple trackers. What I do is load the trackers in Utorrent and then resume the torrent in BitComet to get the best of both worlds.

Torrent sites are quite useful, but don't forget that sites like Crunchyroll exist and simulcast anime in a very large number of regions. Madman Entertainment does so in Australia, and I believe there might be one or two that I'm forgetting as well.
