Mine most favorite weapon for is the SHOTGUN!!!! with all advantages and disadvantages of it, i found it to be my best weapon of use, of course as long as it close quarter combat, but man that MF weapon is what the deadman and i need!!!!

I'd say for me its a Sniper Rifle ( Most M95 ) or a Desert Eagle.

Heavy machineguns such as the M-60

M90 all the way. Insta-kill on anything that gets close to you. If they're still some distance away (or you want to surprise them), shoot and then bash - guaranteed kill, either beatdown or assassinate. Made of win Otherwise, the BR55 is a total pwnage weapon if used right (e.g., someone else with a shotgun is trying to get close to me), and then of course there's the M41 SSR MAV/AW, which is easy to use but carries only limited ammo, or the SRS99C-S2 which is extremely hard to use but total pwnage if you do manage to get that kill.

edit: Oh, and of course the P90, though I haven't played a game with it yet; I absolutely love P90s. Blame SG-1

Mostly Assault rifles (all except for the M4/M16.....they just look ugly and overpowered in games and I hate when that happens ) and SMGs (MP5 and P90).Though i also like the Mossberg shotty (cant remember the model of the shotgun)

The crowbar. That thing's gotten me through some tough times. And the .454 Casull Raging Bull from "The Specialists."

Here are mine.

Melee weapons: Katana, wide edged Claymore, Halberd, Light Saber and dual Short Swords.

Projectile weapons: P-90, Desert Eagle, M-60, Spaz Shotgun, G-36, Grenade Launcher, Missile Launcher and Crossbow.

Thrown weapons: Shuriken, Kunai, Frag Grenade, Concussion Grenade, Plasma Grenade, C4 Explosives and Shrapnel Grenade.
