At first I didn't like the song, but once it got started and into the chorus and bridge, I started to like it. The gent with the top hat reminded me of Penguin by how he could fly around, his attire, and of course, the cane/gun and top hat.

But next time use different scenes as the music flows instead of something continuous from the same episde.. Also, instead of having a black background as the credits roll try putting a black and white footage of the same anime your working on. But keep the font and the good choice of music those are very good.

I don't like Bleach. Not anymore, anyway. It's gotten too... "hip" for me. It's just not specific enough for me.
