Good concept, but why the barrel is box :???: Also, I bet the turret clearing isn't enough to not collide with the metal rail at the topside of the chassis.

I just learned how to make Use autoCad a few months ago and i can barely do anything that general has done so far. All i have done so far is make a really detailed camero. i have on a disk somewhere ill see if i can find it. but its no where near as detailed as general can go.

Lol no , roof not collapsed , walls you see outer than roof limit line , is the beginning of a new place , I will continue to this and will add new rooms and places so I did some walls outer than the limit and it shows look like roof is collapsed

Looks good for one of first tries on 3dsmax.
If each plank of wood will be a mesh on it's own rather than one rectengual
meash for the whole wall the model will look more realistic. I suggest to you to learn
texturing, it's boring but it will help you make the skin better. Metarials
have very repatative pattern.
You are learning modeling fast, grab a few tuts and you will be a good modeler.
Do you intend to make it low or high poly?
