Maybe you forgot the specialpower update?

Maybe I write one when im back home, but at the moment I'm quite busy.
I suggest that you look at other Special Weapons/Abilities to learn out of them.

Also be warned - Ability coding ain't in the Novice Zone anymore.
It's adavanced Coding and when you never did it before it may take some Hours to understand it.

check the releasecrashinfo.INI in My Documents / Command and Conquer Zero Hour Data.

Also it's hard to make a general's power tutorial cause they're not all the same.
