Photoshop or GIMP.

GIMP takes even longer to load up than Photoshop does.

Then extract the INI files on your alternate computer, and experiment there.

READ.
READ.

GIMP is about the only Realistic Photoshop alternative.
For your coding questions, extract the INI files to your alternate computer (the one you are using now) and experiment there. We are not your slaves.

Remember that God gave you eyes for a reason - to read things!

but i can't extract! laptop is hibernating!
&, how would i know whether it works in game?

1. question, is it codeable to allow a mig to act like a spectre gunship. where it just fires at a target while flying around. if yes,is it 2 edit weapons ini so that it does not require to reload at airfield?

Well, you are obviously using a computer now, therefore install ZH on that current computer, extract and run the game there.

Your level of intelligence is shocking.
