My B&W Sig request

well I want two different sigs;
1:This should have the words RAND Corporation CEO:Director of Weapons RAND,and the doomsday clock may or may not be animated,it should be an amalgamation of these pics and be in black and white:
2:Also in black and white, and much simpler, I need a sig with the warroom from Dr.Strangelove as the backround and the words"The War Room".Using one of these pictures:
