* Have Tremor Super Weapon: BUT can only use it once every 5 posts and be used by Generals ONLY no lower ranks unless told so.
* No ECM or Countermeasures
* We are Attacking so no Turteling.
* Has access to Topol Missiles and can only use them every 3 posts and be used by Generals ONLY no lower ranks unless told so.
NO random Nuclear Wars.
Most importantly, follow the storyline.

Those are old russian... they should go to the USSR! and whatever happened to talks of a alliance between ECA/Federation and USSR?
