Super weapons and science suggestion

Gen powers should not be offensive powers, that's what super weapons are for, they should be things like repair/increase range/boost ROF

Supporting the army by making a set of units tougher, not doing the job for them.

What about general powers like Fuel Air Bomb, Artillery Barrage, Anthrax Bomb, etc?

Only MOB is a little bit OP in my opinion. I want to bring more balance in the game. Not just standing in your base and bombarding your opponent with powerful generals power and super weapons. The units must be the main force to crush your opponent.
That's why all supper weapons will be available after 5th rank generals science. The other powers must be support not base destructive :P

You should definetly use the Topol as a Russian SW. Trade in power for mobility, since a mobile Superweapon is a whole lot more deadly then a immobile one.
