It is just the model without weponary because I'm still thinking what kind of rokets and bombs to add.

First I wish to advance with mod because in november I'll start work in national police and my free time will be really small as you can guess.

Yeah, I'd advice you to assemble a small team before you leave. So work can continue, even if you have less time
