Hello friends,
many of you was disappointed that the last topic was called open beta discussion and the beta wasn't release.
Next week I'm starting work as policeman and I'll be very busy.
I decided to release early the first beta this sunday.
There are two reasons for that.
First my work and Second it is good moment to find more team members.Since only one - Zatev was interested to help me as INI coder I must do almost everything alone. And I think I did a great work for a year I made whole new faction and it works very good IMO.
After public release I want more people to include in this project and to make one unique mod.
So let me say few words about what is done and what not in the beta.
Russian faction with 3 sub weapon system. Voices are not done so don't blame me for that.
FOAB detonation effect use MOAB's one until new is done.
USA, China and GLA with 3 sub weapon systems, but no new units included or upgrades.
The most bugs are fixed and I must say they were not much.
What can be expected:
Minor bugs that beta testers and me didn't find.
Balance between RUSSIA and other factions still is not perfect ( I love russian units and that's why in some ways they are maybe a little bit stronger), but I did a lot to fix that issue.
The effects are not so different and other minor things.
When you see the Russian faction you will get the point of the mod and I hope you will like it. I know that in some way to play with the old factions will be in some sort of boring, but be patient
It doesn't mean that I'll leave the project and let someone else to take care, no like I sad before I never give up, but the progress will be slowed down until more people joins.
I hope you can understand me.

Well, work as Police Officer is indeed no piece of cake.
About your Mod, I can't wait for this Sunday.
I have followed progress of it since a bit now and I will gladly try it out.
After some other People played your Mod, I am sure that you will have no problems in recruiting new People.

Sucks to hear development of this mod will stop for a long while. But at leat a release is imminent.

Maybe you don't red well. It wont stop just slowed down until more members take care of it

Well good luck as a policeman , and make sure you don't get yourself hurt... we don't want to lose a good modder 
. Anyway i can't wait for the beta release. As for joining the team ... i'd be more than happy as a concept artist/ and some codding ( if you want to see my work, is going to be kind of hard since most of it is for different mods but you can just give me a test if needed ). As for the progress slow down ... get a desk job and work on the mod... since big ass important bad guys will escape cause money always pay for the sins.

I know how hard is to continue modding when you are busy (I study on a Technical University in Brno, IT), real life...
I wish you to not have such bad conditions
like Czech policemen:
150 non-payed after hours per year (on the altar of the country)
weekends and feast payed as usuall day
no extra money for after hours
no subsidiary income (for example: Hungarian policemen can sell goulash on festivals)
sub-average income (average after 15 years of the service unless you are big friend with the head officer)
many times there's corrupted n00bish head officer
policemen aren't respectable like before WW2 (then it was rather fear of them), bastards mess with them
We had better system (better solutions) than Germans had (German policemen said so), but our politicians said we must copy from the West (especially when we will be worse then).
All the policemen I know don't want stay there too long, Police is getting be erased by the Civic Democrats (rightwingers) except of the financial, hoplites or C-Ts (URNA, same as SWAT), etc. Those guys which are going to replace old policemen usually couldn't get there before few years (psycho-tests are lower, normal Police Investigator doesn't need University education today).

Not much difference here
I studied 4 years to be college graduate for police man. Only that is the difference.
And the extra work some times is paid, also for each year career you get 2% more money but no more than 40% for 20 years.
