It will be release next year with DLC for PC and XBOX 360. Incuding new weapons, new quest, and more. This is kind of interesting, but I don't know. :D

The points thing does confuse me a tad. What are points and how do you earn them? Will cash suffice?

basically you go to a game shop and buy microsoft points, iirc ~35€ is like 2100 Microsoft points

i assume you are talking about the 360 version

I'm a PC user so figure that content will have to be paid for in another manner, thanks anyway.

yea, so 800 would be between 5-10$ US (cant remember exactly)

you just go to the store and buy a card with a code, then go on Xbox live and redeem the code for points.

They HAVE to make this for PC. Especially the giant Alaskan oil pipeline, the surrealism of the scenario, and the whole series, is just delicious.

I think stuff you find in the simulation you can keep somehow, you'd have to look it up for more info.
