What are Deathclaws descended from?
WTH was FEV doing in DC?
How the hell did the BoS cross the Midwest radioactive dustbowl?
What became of China?
What are the BoS going to do with all their tech?
Who built Frank Horrigan and can I get one?

It has never been objectively explained in the series, though different characters have their opinions. That Bed and Breakfast in Modoc may raise more questions.
They say they were genetically engineered Jackson's Chameleons created by the pre-war US government, but I don't know where they found that out. I thought that the Deathclaws were mutants spawned by the Great War, then genetically tailored by The Enclave to be more obedient afterwards, but I'm nowhere near sure.

If you mean the real BOS in California, they would probably keep on hoarding it. If you mean this goody-two shoes excuse for a Fallout faction in DC, probably start giving it away to charity(I'm not kidding).

Frank Horrigan wasn't actually built per-se.You have to have a sadistic ex-Secret Service agent and dip him in FEV, then stuff him full of cybernetic implants, and then put a custom built suit of massive power amor on him.

You see I knew all this anyway. I even spent time looking at a Deathclaw in Fallout 3 to determine Lizard ancestry.

I intended this to be more game play oriented, but I'm very knowledgeable about lore too.
