Chicken and rice plus sambal oelek and some random spices to finish it ^^ .

Mi goreng has sambal in it, and I put bacon in my mi goreng. :awe

Some form of chicken almost all the time, buffalo wings a good portion of that. Mexican rice. Mashed potato.
