My Vehicle Concepts

Try darkening the images after you scan them, might make the lines easier to see. Fiddle around with a image-editing program. Microsoft Photo Editor is simple to handle and would make it better...probably.

Both tanks have great detail, and the Stalker has lines that remind me of the King Tiger tank (favourite tank of all time), but the thing that strikes me most about both tanks is they appear somewhat conventional. That's not a bad thing, if that's what you're going for, however, if you're trying to go for something different or edgy, "conventional" may not be the way to go. I do like the armament of the Guardian and the attention to the detail placed within. The barrel placement of the Stalker appears to be offset, which I also like (if this isn't the case, I still like the turret design).
The F/A-30 is a bit too....well, blocky comes to mind. A tank killer judging by the heavily built wings and fuselage. Blocky isn't a bad thing, and the fact that it looks like an Ork Fighta-Bomba isn't a bad thing either. However, if you're going for modern or futuristic, even modern day stealth planes aren't as angular as the F/A-30. True, it's a concept, and that's the beauty of it. Concepts are made to be critiqued, so that the final design can come out better. My only real suggestion is to clean up some of the lines, namely those on the fuselage and wings. Outside of that, the Archangel is very promising.

Thanks for the comment. The Stalker was actually based off a tank known as the "Wolf". A design the SS never got off the drawing board in WWII. The Grudain was a jump outside my normal things i do and was an experiment with lasers and stuff. Both were going for a more realistic "this-could-maybe-work-in-the-real-world" look.
The Archangel is a bit blocky. some of my newer designs are not as blocky. And yes, it is a tank-killer of sorts. Its not pretty but it getts the job done.
Again, thanks for the comments.
Just wanted to put a couple more up before i get off for the day.

The Me-48 "Peregrine" Air Superiority Fighter
Destiny 17 Jan 2010
Eww!
The Me-48 is awesome, but that small wing/canard near the engine intake looks a bit...useless.

Nope. Not for a mod. Just random classroom art actually. Kinda wish i could submit them to a mod. It'd be cool to see some of my stuff in a game.
The small wing near the engine intake is something to aid in manuverability or something like that.
And my babies.....? Interesting.......

If that's your wish ER still has some vehicles that need some loving. I had Nick ask because we were like "Whoa this guy is fantastic".
We'd absolutely love to have you Shidner.

I prefer to discuss this over a messanger such as MSN AOL or XFire. but here's the gist of it.
You'd be doing Vehicle concepts for the NAC/EU/PAC. as well as Weapon Concepts should you choose to do so. The concepts would need to have
perspective, top, bottom, and side views so that the modelers would be able to draw them correctly. and be willing to be told your concept is not what we're
looking for and go back to the drawing board (although this has only happened once or twice previously.)
We're currently looking at the idea of redesigning our Tank and developing the NAC Jet and AC-130 Type of air vehicle. as well as some sorts of Level Design.

Stalker: What mod are you working with?
Kalo: Hmm. yeah. get me the specifics of what you want done and i can start looking into it. That sounds like it'd be a cool job. Never worked on a mod before.

Shoot. Really? My cousin sent me this really bad sketch and asked me if i could do a better drawing of it. This is the only one of my drawings i've based off another image. Shoot. Didn't know it was part of something else. :(
And yeah, i've noticed that about my concepts. Well, i'll try and work on that.

While your concepts are great, they generally look like theyve been squashed. Also cut down on the screws
