And here is version 1.4

Please note that most of the stuff is still unfinished, and this is not yet a beta version, but an Alpha.

As for the changes, GDI got a new refinery, descriptions for the new units, fixed the orca bomber, and added the Mammoth MKII. Nod has a new laser turret as well as a new MBT. Scrin got no changes yet, beside the Walls added in an earlier version.
