Did this in about 10 minutes. The underbarrel is basically just the receiver of the M4 shotgun.

its kinda hard to do 3d things such as side mounted flashlights, but i tried. and the Y clip is just me being as over the top as possible.

@Partyzanpaulzy: You've made a really nice pair of MG's mate. I like how the second one mixes pistol and MG parts together, with the collapsible stock and silencer giving the gun a tactical look.

That's because I used there grenade launcher and replaced wooden parts.

They added some new stuffies including a MAC-10.

Some kind of futuristic machinegun with grenade launcher.
Supposed to to backpack supplied with some sort of armoured ammo hose(?) like the miniguns in FO, hence the silly ammo chain.
