I don't know if this is possible. But it would be very funny...
This is the idea: Make the nuke mushroom cloud look like the head of a clown. Just very simple; white with red is enough to make the face.

EDIT: something like this, but with colours.

That also sounds very funny. And what about a clowns car with clown terrorists coming out of it?
