It does not work on my system:

Pentium 4 3,8 GHZ
1,5 GB memory
And a big hd of 250 GB

So why does it stuck when i play.

Could be that there's a problem with something else. Maybe you have Windows screwed up (assuming that's what you're running it in). Or maybe you just have a bad installation of the game, and you could try reinstalling.

It used to crash on my pc
it turned out that I had two different kinds of RAM...

Yuri's Revenge doesn't work for me, although RA2 does.

I think the problem is with newer computers.

Also, try running it in compatability for Win98.

dont have a disk. use "waris" instead.

if you run the game in windows 98 compatability mode it should run.

Besides I won my original copy of RA2 through a competition.

same problem her. i am trying to get the decade pack for ages now and its still not available.
