IF generail's previous mapping forays are anything to go by, I think this map will be for C&C: Generals - Zero Hour, although I am not 100% sure on that

ohh my bad i forgot to post what game this is for (thanks AJ) . Yes it is for CnC ZH with the shockwave mod.
