Very interesting video, it can be a bit hard to follow at times if your not scientifically minded, personally I quite like that stuff though. Brilliant find :)

You don't say all i got out of that is fructose and corn syrup is very bad for you it makes me think twice about having a coke and now i look at the labels of food items for the corn syrup.

Nem you can't completely remove fructose from your diet since it is naturally in fruit. But maybe they will stop dumping it absolutely everything.

The sugar in fruit isn't that same as High fructose corn syrup. If we were all eating that it would be just fine.

Instead we are eating a genetically engineered super sugar that the corn industry themselves claim as "ok in moderation."

You know what? It's even in our bread. Chances are, every single product in your pantry right now contains it. It's impossible to eat in moderation.
