Well you seem to have compensated ok with that tank pic as it was rather awfull to render, nice job with it though.

SAS for teh win

Thanks mate. Next time, I'll make sure that the tank I want to make a sig with is actually more than just a prototype. Increases chances that there are decent pics.

The first one, the background is quite nice. It gives the appearance of a TV experiencing interference with the radio waves, or some electronic noise.

The Black Eagle, though a bit pixelated, is better than the one you showed me some time ago.

W00t, new sig

That ugly bastard on the right is Motherbrain from the old Metroid videogames.
I made a drawing of that bugger some time back, in case you're interested, it's somewhere in this topic.

This one is not one of your good sigs. It doesn't blend :D. And the render looks too cut-off.

Rayburn's Photo Rayburn 24 Apr 2007

Srsly? Personally, I like it.
The blending might be a problem since it's basically a comic picture. The outlines tend to stand out quite a lot but I actually don't see this being THAT much of a problem. There MIGHT be something left to do to the hand part though.
Anyway. Thanks for the constructive comment however I have to admit that I can't comprehend it entirely :D

Dude, that just owns. Colors in the background work extremely well with the render and only add to the theme. Nicely done mate :D .

I just messed around with something I found a short time ago: The brushes of Paint Shop, the program I use for my sigs and after some random experiment, I came up with this. Took me less than 10 minutes and considering that it was quite random, I'm really happy with my work. Take a look :D

Cheers, gentlemen. Personally, I like that it kind of looks rusty and dirty.
Also, if you look closely you can read the words "RISE UP! and "FOR KANE!". It looks like some Nod guy wrote it on something :D

I like how it has a semi-graffeti look to it. I can read the phrase "FOR KANE" more readily than I can "RISE UP", but I saw them both upon further inspection.

Not bad at all for ten minute's worth of work, and even though you say it was random, it still has a definite direction.

I like the partially hidden messages and the signature itself. Dimensions seem reasonable but I can't help but feel that your sigs are a tad on the tall side. I'm a sucker for the thinner ones though. The border is nice and well-fitting as well as the Nod Logo. However, the bottom half of the Y appears to be somewhat hard to see on a quick glance, unlike the rest of the text. The Y-alligned A is rather irritating me. Other than that, the background is nice and rusty looking and I like the industrial image.

The word 'RISE UP' is barely legit, but it does not matter to me since the render and the name text blends pretty well with the BG. A good effort.

Rayburn's Photo Rayburn 17 Jun 2007

Heh...actually, the RISE UP was just an idea which I forgot to remove after I saw that it was barely visible.
It was part of the same layer as the FOR KANE, so I just left it there instead of removing it. Call it an "easter egg" lol.

Warbz's Photo Warbz 17 Jun 2007

aww. it wont load.

all i see is a big gap where im guessing the sig is (should be).

F5 still no pic.

right click the gap > show picture. still nothing =(

EDIT: ok it just needed 10 mins to load. on broadband? odd

anyway, i wouldnt say it was amazing but it is pretty great. especially for 10 minutes work.
