Signature and avatar request.

I fear I must bid farewell to my old avatar and signature -- they have served me well. Here is my request;
The signature out of this, focus more on the middle section of the pic -- mainly the guy with the giant belt-fed machine-gun and the muzzle-flash. I don't want a long signature, so go with what size you can. Add and outline and I don't care if my name is labeled in there or not. If you want, add some small effects to it but just don't add too many.
Here's the avatar. I would as well like an outline and some minor effects for it.
