USA vs Russia early game

Conscripts are stronger than Rangers as long as these don't have flashbangs upgraded, causing USA to have a slight early game deficit.
I would suggest to
-reduce flashbang upgrade cost from 800 to 700
-reduce the research time by about 20%
-Increase the flashbang weapon range by 5-10%
that will give USA a slightly better start vs a Russia that opens up with multiple barracks.

I already fixed a lot of issues and errors of USA.
In this I include: rangers, supply gathering is now quickly for USA. Patriot is 1200 instead of 1500. Abrams is 1200 instead of 1300.
Ah-64 and RAH-66 now do better damage to AA, because Russian helis had advantage because of the damage type I didn't saw
And some other minor things such as power plants changes, Russian AGDS damage is now reduced especially against infantry and so on.
Today I'll upload patch to fix that

But i got to say i like the way it plays out with the slower build times for the supplies, it encourages scouting and infantry usage.
Perhaps the oil derrics firstcap bonus should be re added with about 500$ to encourage ppl to get them.

Maybe 500 is good value.
Also infantry usage was my idea. I want people to think and play smart instead of spamming suppliers and massive force to end up the game.

F-18 cost 1600: build time 26 sec. 4 missiles x 175 damage, health 260
Su-37 cost 1600: Build time 28 sec. 4 missiles x 150 damage, health 300 + little bit better engine /locomotor/
Also USA gets around 5-10 % faster gathering.
I think it is fair enough.
I'm planing to make upgrade to russian Pro-M clearing missile. It will be available after upgrade. I think it will bring more balance.
Also if you have suggestions about USA unique upgrades let me know I wanna add around 2 upgrades per weapon system.

not at the moment, i would consider generals powers first.
-The B2 carpet bombing is a bit weird because it appears everytime but is usable only for Airforce, which also gets buildable B2's.
-The paradrop dropping a few MDs aswell has become kind of standart since a ranger only drop is pretty useless.
-the leaflet drop is useless, especially at 5 star level
-perhaps remove the generals rank requirement that is on some units, its slightly confusing and the game takes long enough to get them anyway.
Some units appear way too late in the tech tree:
for example the Microwave tank is Strat centre & genpoint, i can predict it will never be used :\
Perhaps Chinooks should benefit from countermeasures?

Yes I have plans to remake most of the special powers.
B-2 carped bombing maybe will be removed or available for all systems.
