Validating members

Dauth's Photo Dauth 10 Jan 2011

OK, there has been a massive influx of validating members in the last few days. None are seeming to become real members as there are about 200 just sitting there and all very new. Is this an attack? Or bots? Is the software going to get an update to deal with them?

They're all bots.

This isn't limited to us, those sites on Nagini, or even IPB software boards. It's a universal thing atm.

Nah, just noticed tons, mentioned it to AJ and then waited while you lot had a cup of tea and a discussion (possibly over scones). Then I got bored and decided to see if nudging worked. Amazingly it does :P

MR. Sugar and Merry Mac (not sure if written correctly) aren't bots, apart from them, I've got no idea.
