Finally got off my lazy arse (metaphorically) and updated the server, it's now all up and running.

Here's how to get yourself up and running;

Method 1:
Have Minecraft 1.2.5 and open the minecraft.jar with WinRar or similar program
Instal ModLoader & MinecraftForge directly into the .jar
Place BuildCraft, IndustrialCraft, RailCraft, EquivilentExchange & RedPower intot he /mods folder (note: EquivilentExchange needs unzipping to your .minecraft folder)

Method 2:
Download Magic Launcher and create a new mod profile
Add ModLoader & MinecraftForge to the upper internal mod section
Place BuildCraft, IndustrialCraft, RailCraft, EquivilentExchange & RedPower intot he /mods folder and ensure all have their check-boxes checked int he external mods section
Click OK and log-in with your new profile


I suggest method 2, as it keeps your .jar file unmodified.

alright just need to get the mods installed now then.

EDIT:
got a little problem cant seem to connect to the server. Freezes at the logging in page and after a while it says the connection reset thing.
I can normally play in Singleplayer with both versions. (see pictures.)

For a start: all the mods are out of date and clearly state they are for 1.2.5

2:, the server isn't running any mods.

And C: The server runs 1.3.1

well thought its still for 1.2.5 + mods since there isnt any notice oh well ok my bad xD
