-Yes each character has their own 1st person models and there own voices and personalities. Our battle-chatter system is developed off RO2 so characters will talk to each-other and even comment on things, it's super cool! So for example say I blow up a horde of zeds another player that see's it could comment on what you just did.
-we have weapon check animations, if your weapon is full and you reload you'll play them. each weapon has more then one just for fun
- each perk has their own backup knife and grenade.
- on Steam Early Access release we're starting with 4 perks, then soon after adding in the other perks. Our release wont be full of bugs but will have a subset of content and highly polished. We're doing this so that we can tune it to perfection and get the game in your hands sooner!! KF2 is a very ambitious game so we didn't want the first release to have everything in it with bugs and unpolished content.
-The AR15 (9mm) is commando's starting weapon and the Bullpup is his tier 2 weapon

Also, forgot to say, glad to see they got rid of the first wave. Should make the game much more well-flowing and faster into the action.

Destiny 13 Mar 2015
God, the Commando perks. Awareness and ZED time perks are really gonna help a ton now!
Chyros 14 Mar 2015
Appears like every perk might have a Tactical Reload skill, instead of only the Commando having reload time boosts. Cool!

The soundtrack has some epic cover art.
It also has a release date, 21st of April. Who knows if that will coincide with the game, I hope it does

If anything, it's going to coincide with the Early Access release, doubt they're done with the game yet.
TheDR 23 Mar 2015
That's what I meant D:
Early access to Tripwire basically means a low content release rather than the buggy early access mess we're used to.

That would be excellent! I guess I can get the soundtrack from inside the game, but April would be nice for an Early Access Date .

Upon closer inspection, I noticed just how good the gun sounds are, btw. The pump from the pump-action shotgun in particular is very very nice .
Destiny 30 Mar 2015
I love that rifle butt that Commando did at 15:08. Always wanted to see this in a game.

A few rounds played and KF is still KF. Fun as hell. The game basics are in good shape, the amount of content is abit limited, but there are alot of little things to learn. Highly recommended!
Chyros 22 Apr 2015
Yeah, it's still KF, in all its glory. It feels a lot more grown-up now, though.

Contemplating buying it, may grab it if it goes on sale for the Steam spring sale (but I don't think that will happen).
Can't say I can justify $30 on an early access game, no matter how good it may be.

It will stay as it is and you won't pay anything more once they release it fully, but still content is much better than many 60$ games around ^^
