Command Stick Interface mod?

I did recall playing a C&C3 mod with this feature from the KW Xbox 360 version but I don't recall what the mod was called. Also if there is a source code for that AptUI I would be greatly appreciated. Thing is, this so-called "Command Stick Interface" is not introduced in C&C3 A New Experience. Does anybody know about this?
