The words Quizmageddon, Armaquizdon and Armagedquiz are sadly overused in our sensationalist culture!

Tried Starbound. It doesn't have that addictive gameplay Terraria has. Playable, need to dig further into it to get to a conclusion
Edit: Nope, it doesn't have that feeling Terraria gives. If i had tried it before i played Terraria, i probably could like it. Also, UI is a bit cumbersome compared to Terraria's simple and effective design and blocks are way too large.
That being said, animation and overall graphic quality is better than Terraria's. It also feels similiar to Subnautica in some ways.

There's also a game called It Lurks Below which I've been told is basically Terraria mixed with Diablo 2, it's even made by the guy who came up with Diablo 2. I'd have bought it immediately if it weren't in Early Access.
