What are these for? There awesome, but Since Halo-wars, no RTS, Halo mod can be made. (RIP Halogen)

Oh, there are several Halo RTS mods out there. These might be for EaW, as I joined Halo: First Offensive...

It wasn't even going to be for ZH...It was going to be for CnC3, but I couldn't manage to lead yet another mod.

Yes it is. The EaW textures are all just three-color surfaces with lines on them.

Yeah, it has two.
Black and grey.
Brilliantly done.
Look this isn't getting anywhere... if you can't take criticism you shouldn't be showing stuff to the public.

It doesn't even have more black than the air vents and those cables...it has grey, grey-yellow-gdi-like-thingy, and several other...

It does look kinda bland. I am aware that you have never been skinning well anyway, but you should try to get more details. Always try to outdo yourself. That way, you'll get better.
Also, try to listen to what others have to say, then think about it. Does it make sense? Or is it meaningless flame?

Nice model, but I think exactly like Alias with respect to the skin.
No, no such thing as "grey-yellow-gdi-like-thingy" I can see in neither the render nor the EaW screenie. The colour on that is very monotonous. (don't say the same about TIE tank; sure the colour are B&W but the highlights are there and the skin overall is just more detailed, though mainly to compensate for a relatively low-poly model.)
And no, you can't substitute minute detail achievable by detailed texture by using small, individual objects alone. A detailed texture can be made more impactful with similarly detailed modeling, the same is with the other way around but high-poly models aren't going to be that much pretty with basic texture and skinning.

I'm also going to agree with what alias and the others have said, its a nice model but the skin needs more variation. It just looks like a grey block at the moment.

I hear Microsoft knocking on your door, Master_Chief.
Why not first finish your other mods?

I'm making the mod for me and my friends, tho, I'll give it to anyone who asks me via PM for it. And no, I'm not going to announce it...maybe after I finish it, with a release version, so MS can basically GTFO.
Also, who says that I'm not finishing my other mods first?I'm gonna work on this mod only while I don't have anything else to do.

You just did. Right here. In this topic.
And I'm no longer sure if you should be afraid of MS or Blck (from SSP)....
Anyways I just wanted to point out that saying that you aren't going to announce something you just displayed to the entire internet is kind of... redundant. Showing us the pics was akin to announcing it.
I have no criticism, constructive or otherwise, to add to this, although shadows, grit, and scratches will add a lot more depth to your models. And not just varying shades of gray/black/white scratches - which is easy to do. It also makes it easy to get roped into the "gritty realism" side of things, which tends to make you bitter, and, occasionally, Tom Clancy.
In short, sometimes aesthetics/prettiness are more important than gritty realism.
